Mr. Samuel is Managing Director of the QuoVadis in the Netherlands. He has worked in the IT services industry on an international basis since 1982. e is the founder of L'Excidio b.v., an organisation which provides administrator tasks to the small-to-midsized companies.
Patrick Beckman Lapre
Consulting Manager
Patrick Beckman Lapre is Manager Consulting and has served since 1989 in various roles within the IT sector, on both the customer and service provider side. He often functions as an intermediary between Boards of Directors, IT management, and Operations.
Rolf Gerritsen
Customer Support Manager
Mr. Gerritsen is Manager Customer Support and has acted since 1994 mainly as Customer Engineer. He fulfills a central role for customers with a variety of technical and commercial questions.
Barry Kilborn
Chief Risk and Compliance Officer
Mr. Kilborn oversees the QuoVadis Policy Management Authority and compliance with international PKI legislation and leading practices. He has over 13 years experience in IT risk and assurance having previously served as a Senior Manager for Ernst & Young in Bermuda. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) and holds a Certificate in Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK). Mr. Kilborn is the president of the Bermuda Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
